About Jim

With over 15 years of database design and software development experience, Jim knows all aspects of databases and application design. He not only has expertise in computers, but also holds graduate degrees in Education (MA), School Psychology (Ed.S.) and Finance (MBA)

He has a wide-ranging background and brings an extensive skill set to projects.

Jim began developing software as a School Psychologist to help him interpret and write psychological reports and intelligence tests results. Later, when he moved to the business world he created database applications to manage assets and foreign exchange management software at Fortune 500 corporations.

He relies on his finance and psychology background to understand customer requirements and build robust systems.

He regularly presents sessions for both professional developers and end-users.

When not devoting his time to work, Jim loves to play tennis and cook for family and friends. Yes, he has written programs to track his tennis games and his recipe collection.

Jim's wife, Diane Connell, is a nationally-sought speaker and published writer on brain-based learning theory and multiple intelligences. She currently is the Director of Rivier College's Graduate Learning Disabilities Program in Nashua New Hampshire.

Jim has two sons, Jason, a professional speaker (check out Changing the World 101) and Robert another tennis enthusiast and martial artist.
